Agents handling customer inquiries, doing sales service, monitoring assets, running pricing experiments, flagging exceptions, managing vendors, and so on and on.When that happens, running a business starts to look like a videogame. Hundreds of autonomous entities operating across a complex environment. Agents will be working inside work devices....
