Solving the BlueDot Puzzle TAIS: The Velocity Ring

Below is a summary of my solution to BlueDot’s TAIS Puzzle #1, you can check my blog for the full write-up. The puzzle gave you a five-layer MLP on top of frozen MiniLM embeddings, predicting eight binary features. Seven features are linearly recoverable at layer h2, but one isn’t. The task was to find it, describe the geometry, and then engineer something weirder.
