What are your thoughts re­gard­ing an­i­mal dis­en­hance­ment as out­lined in Shriver 2009 or 2018? It seems like pain can be ge­net­i­cally ed­ited away, similarly to other nasty emo­tions like in this case. I haven’t seen much dis­cus­sion about it.
