Most AI safety dis­cus­sions fo­cus on mod­els, al­gorithms, labs, chips, com­pute gov­er­nance, eval­u­a­tions, de­ploy­ment rules, ex­port con­trols, cy­ber­se­cu­rity, and in­ter­na­tional co­or­di­na­tion.That makes sense.
